Nutrition for Therapy

What you eat directly affects muscle tone, inflammation, and airway tissue health. These dietary guidelines complement your exercise program.

Anti-Inflammatory Foods

  • Leafy greens — spinach, kale, methi
  • Berries — blueberries, amla, strawberries
  • Turmeric with black pepper
  • Fresh ginger in food and tea
  • Walnuts and flaxseeds

Muscle & Tissue Support

  • Omega-3 fatty fish — salmon, mackerel, sardines
  • Lean protein — eggs, dal, paneer, curd
  • Potassium sources — banana, sweet potato, avocado
  • Magnesium-rich foods — pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate

Daily Habits

  • Minimum 3 litres of water daily
